Job summary

Ready-Set-4-Aba is seeking a Travel BCBA or QABA for a 50% hybrid role across in-home, school, and community settings. You will deliver evidence-based ABA, conduct functional assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children with autism and related developmental disabilities.

As part of the clinical team, you will supervise behavior technicians, train staff and families, coordinate intake, track progress with data, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records to ensure

Qualifications

• BCBA certification current or eligibility for QABA with relevant experience.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder in home or school settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, functional assessment, behavior intervention strategies.
• Proficient in data collection methods and medical documentation standards.
• Experience with behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
• Excellent communication for client interaction, team collaboration, and family education.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while managing multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA and behavioral assessments to inform interventions.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Perform patient assessments and coordinate intake for new clients.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and efficacy.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and training.
• Collaborate with families, school personnel, and other providers.
• Maintain medical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
