Job summary

Ready Set 4 ABA is seeking a Travel BCBA or QABA in a 50% hybrid role spanning in-home, school-based, and community settings. Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification or eligibility for QABA certification.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder in home or school settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, FBA, data-based interventions.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral assessments to inform intervention strategies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection.
• Perform patient assessments and coordinate intake processes for new clients to ensure onboarding.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families, school personnel, and healthcare providers to support client goals.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
