Job summary

The Center for NeuroPotential in Branford, CT is hiring an Associate Licensed Therapist (LPCA or LMSW) for a part-time, fee-for-service role. You’ll support a diverse caseload of about 25 clients, including children, teens, and adults, delivering trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming therapy in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPCA or LMSW in good standing.
• Experience or willingness to train in neurofeedback.
• Comfort with trauma-focused therapies and neurodivergent care.
• Ability to conduct phone assessments and coordinate care.
• Interest in hybrid in-person and telehealth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support a diverse caseload of about 25 clients (children, teens, adults).
• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy in a hybrid setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for mentorship and growth.
• Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Support scheduling, referrals, and client care coordination.
