Zusammenfassung

Benesch seeks an experienced Alternative Delivery Project Manager to join our Franklin or Nashville team, leading multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of alternative delivery projects and shaping strategies to pursue opportunities.

You will build relationships with TDOT and public agencies, lead RFQs and RFPs, manage budgets and schedules, and develop capabilities for long-term growth, while mentoring others and contributing to a growing practice.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of progressive AEC experience with significant leadership in alternative delivery projects.
• Proven track record leading complex transportation/infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, and/or P3.
• Experience leading RFQs, RFPs, ATCs, teaming strategies, and client interviews.
• Strong procurement, contracts, project delivery, budgets, schedules, risk management, and execution.
• Established relationships with DOTs, public agencies, contractors, consultants, and other infrastructure partners.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills to turn relationships into work.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through full lifecycle of alternative delivery projects, from pursuit through closeout.
• Build and strengthen relationships with TDOT, public agencies, contractors, consultants, and teaming partners to identify opportunities.
• Lead RFQs, RFPs, ATCs, and teaming strategies, shaping proposals that align technical solutions with client goals.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables, and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with Tennessee leadership to grow Benesch’s alternative delivery capabilities and best practices.
• Mentor others and help build the team and capabilities needed for long-term growth.
