Job summary

Armada in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator - Transportation (Tuesday-Saturday) for a hybrid role in the Wexford area. This position coordinates outbound and inbound shipments, tendering with preferred carriers and using the TMS to optimize service, capacity, and cost.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in customer service or transportation; operations experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel; Access and TMS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tender shipments to optimize service, capacity and cost using the TMS.
• Monitor on-time pickup and proactively follow up to ensure service levels.
• Resolve issues with carriers and escalate as needed.
• Enter orders into the TMS and manage regional orders.
• Communicate with shippers and carriers to provide timely updates.
