Job summary

The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking an Operations Support Analyst in Salem to maintain records for the Public Transportation Division and support administrative tasks across programs.

Qualifications

• Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience with report preparation and data collection.
• Associate degree in general office occupations with two years of related experience.
• Equivalent mix of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the division’s system of record for fleet and related assets.
• Evaluate policies and procedures with program coordinators.
• Notify grant recipients of requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare reports, databases, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Research and analyze information for internal and federal reports.
• Coordinate data requests with local transit agencies for state and federal reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Transit Administration requirements.
• Resolve discrepancies with grant recipients through research and negotiation.
• Assist regional transit coordinators and recipients with admin tasks.
• Develop and recommend new processes for grant agreements.
