Qualifications

• Leadership & influence: builds trust and cadence with senior stakeholders without formal authority over their teams.
• Portfolio & PMO expertise: supports transformation portfolios, PMOs or large-scale change programmes with reporting, dependency tracking and risk management.
• Dependency & decision facilitation: identifies cross-divisional dependencies and the decisions needed, and escalates them for resolution.
• Insight & communication: translates complex portfolio information into concise reporting and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
• Experience & credentials: relevant experience; PMP, PgMP or MSP welcome.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio reporting & visibility: maintain reporting across priority transformation initiatives and provide clear progress and impact insights.
• Dependencies, risks & escalation: identify and manage cross-divisional dependencies and escalation paths.
• Standards, tools & community of practice: develop common transformation standards, tools and processes; foster a learning community.
• Operations, benefits & delivery performance: coordinate cadence, track benefits and delivery performance, and escalate issues for timely decisions.
