EY is seeking a Transaction Tax Manager in the US to support corporate and private equity transactions, including tax diligence, structuring, and cross-border strategies. You will oversee one or more workstreams, manage risk, and guide teams delivering complex tax initiatives while advising clients on acquisition and restructuring tax planning.

In this role, you’ll leverage BEPS knowledge, manage budgets, and coordinate with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• US CPA or member of US State bar preferred.
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Data visualization and storytelling experience.
• Tax due diligence and deal structuring experience.
• Private equity transaction experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead workstreams, track deliverables and project status.
• Participate in client sessions and drive execution from planning to closure.
• Manage engagement economics and budgeting.
• Identify tax risks and advise on alternative tax strategies for acquisitions and restructurings.
• Plan and execute transaction strategies for clients.
