Job summary

Les Mills is seeking a Customer Success Specialist - Training in Chicago, IL. This hybrid role supports the instructor journey from onboarding through ongoing education, coordinating live and virtual trainings, logistics, and communications with partners, instructors, and internal teams.

You’ll use Salesforce and other tools to track attendance, drive enrollment, and report on outcomes while delivering outstanding customer experiences that help grow engagement and revenue for the US training

Qualifications

Experience in customer success, training coordination, or related field.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate live and virtual training events, workshops, and educational experiences.
Manage training logistics: venues, presenters, resources, communications, online platforms.
Drive attendance and enrolments through promotion and outreach.
Support instructor recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives.
Maintain accurate Salesforce records and reporting.
Provide exceptional service to partners, instructors, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve participation and engagement.
