Qualifications

Current registration as a Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois OR Licensed Structural Engineer in Illinois.
Five years of civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Directs, supervises, and trains personnel to accomplish goals.
Develops policies, procedures, and specifications for traffic signal system optimization.
Directs the statewide SCAT program with district offices.
Reviews and approves traffic signal system plans for contract lettings.
Ensures availability of signal progression and network simulation software.
