Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with traffic emphasis required.
• 7–10 years of experience in traffic engineering projects.
• 5+ years leading and managing traffic projects.
• Strong proposal development and client relationship skills.
• Experience with state DOTs and local governments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of traffic projects across Minnesota.
• Support growth and development of the Traffic team and client relationships.
• Identify opportunities, develop proposals, and manage project life cycles.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to share work and grow the business.
• Interface with multiple disciplines to deliver quality traffic solutions.
