The position involves processing mutual fund transactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely resolutions for various issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or significant experience may be considered.
• 2+ years’ experience in financial services operations or broker-dealer setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as representative for the Osaic Network.
• Field inquiries regarding mutual fund procedures and charges.
• Process and facilitate mutual fund transactions from representatives.
