Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Product Manager II for the Trading team to oversee major trading capabilities, including multi-asset order management and execution services. You’ll balance client needs, market structure, and compliance while shaping roadmaps and success metrics.

You will coordinate with design, engineering, and operations to deliver reliable, compliant trading features, and drive GTM plans with marketing and sales. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking at product-area level; synthesize client, market-structure, and order flow data into priorities.
• Product-level backlog management; translate strategy into PRDs/epics; sequencing across teams.
• KPI ownership; defines KPIs for trading systems; builds dashboards and drives improvements.
• Technical depth: architecture, APIs, FIX connectivity, event-driven systems, and data models affecting latency and resilience.
• Cross-functional leadership; coordinates design, engineering, data, QA, and GTM with operations and compliance.
• Regulatory awareness; understands best execution and reporting requirements; partners with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own a trading product or major capability; define near- to mid-term roadmap and release plan.
• Lead discovery from fintech, broker-dealer, and advisory clients; synthesize data into problem statements.
• Translate strategy into PRDs/epics; manage backlog across teams; clarify scope and sequencing.
• Coordinate delivery across design, engineering, data, QA, and partners; manage dependencies and OKRs.
• Define success metrics; build dashboards; monitor adoption, latency, and execution quality.
• Plan launches and go-to-market; ensure client-facing docs and operational readiness.
• Prepare value cases and impact estimates; track outcomes and adjust course as needed.
