Job summary

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, handle complex operations, and help improve workflows using AI and analytics. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in financial services are expected, with hybrid Miami office 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, data science, or related field.
• 2+ years in financial services or data analytics within banking.
• Experience with Capital Markets Middle Office processes.
• Knowledge of financial markets and banking products.
• Experience with Murex, MarkitWire, or similar applications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Hands-on with OpenAI tools or AI/LLM technologies.
• Ability to adapt and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex, non-routine operational tasks to support team objectives.
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues and determine corrective actions.
• Execute complex transactions and research discrepancies.
• Assist onboarding and training of new employees on systems and processes.
• Leverage data analysis, automation tools and AI to improve efficiency.
• Participate in process improvements and operational changes.
