Job summary

Lactalis USA, part of the world’s largest dairy company, is hiring Trade Management Analysts for Retail and Food Service teams. These are urgent, hybrid opportunities based in Minneapolis, MN (also accommodating Bedford, NH and Chicago, IL).

The role focuses on processing and resolving trade claims, deductions, and AR issues, partnering with Sales, Food Service, brokers, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate pricing, contract compliance, deduction validation, and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years accounts receivable, trade management and/or collection experience required.
• Experience with food service, distribution, hospitality, restaurant, or food/beverage channels preferred.
• Advanced Excel is required.
• Prior Food Service Accounts Receivable and collection experience required.
• SAP and Trade system experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business improvement by educating and partnering with the sales team to help manage their financial requirements.
• Provide a direct interface for trade management and accounts receivable questions and resolution.
• Validate transactions and ensure alignment with internal policies and accounting rules.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, pricing, and deduction issues with cross-functional teams.
• Collect customer invalid deductions and drive timely collections.
