Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt, a Food Service trade management role based in Bedford, NH, handles processing and resolution of trade claims, deductions, and accounts receivable issues for assigned customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years accounts receivable and trade management experience required.
• Experience supporting food service, distribution, or hospitality channels is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and SAP/trade systems familiarity is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve trade claims, deductions, and AR issues for food service customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, and Supply Chain to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Validate transactions against internal policies and accounting rules.
• Open aging reviews and resolve short-pays and deductions for assigned accounts.
• Support contract/compliance for food service operators and distributors.
