Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of delivery-improvement initiatives within DeliveryWorks. You will own end-to-end initiatives from problem statement to corrective action, coordinating across planning, procurement, quality, engineering and manufacturing.

The role requires 7+ years of engineering and PM experience (or advanced degrees with relevant experience), strong cross-functional leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree with PM/engineering experience as required by role.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central accountability for delivery improvement initiatives: charter, governance, outcomes.
• Manage portfolio of active and potential improvement projects: schedule, milestones, risk, reporting.
• Convene and lead cross-functional reviews to drive issues to closure.
• Maintain stakeholder communications including senior status reports.
• Manage project changes and scope in response to direction shifts.
• Escalate blockers with clear options and recommendations.
• Validate fixes through follow-up audits and standard-work integration.
• Support communities of practice across the DeliveryWorks PM team.
