The role requires 5+ years in TPM/BA roles, experience setting up tracking frameworks, and strong skills in agile documentation and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in combined functional-technical TPM/BA roles.
• Experience standing up program tracking, backlog, and governance from scratch.
• Proven ability to track deliverables across DSML, RDT, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Expertise in elaborating epics into granular user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Set up program management frameworks and status reporting templates from scratch.
• Track milestone schedules and cross-team delivery dependencies.
• Bridge US and Client Global teams to align requirements and time-zone needs.
• Decompose epics into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Draft BRDs/PRDs and as-is/to-be blueprints covering user journeys.
• Document agentic AI specs with DSML collaboration.
