Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Hybrid Technical Program Manager & Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to support the setup, tracking, and requirements infrastructure for an Agentic AI Platform. This contractor role will establish program tracking frameworks, author detailed user stories, and coordinate across US and Global teams.

You will collaborate with DSML, RDT, and engineering, bridging product, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and clear acceptance

Qualifications

5+ years in combined TPM/BA roles across software or AI initiatives.
Experience building tracking, backlogs, and governance from scratch.
Track deliverables across DSML and RDT and coordinate US/global teams.
Experience drafting BRDs/PRDs and acceptance criteria.
Exposure to AI workflows and Adobe/GenStudio-like ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up program management frameworks, Jira/Confluence, RAID logs and status templates.
Track milestones and cross-team delivery dependencies across DSML, RDT, eng and stakeholders.
Bridge US and Global teams to align requirements and timelines.
Decompose epics into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
Draft functional specs and process blueprints (Lucidchart/Miro).
Document AI workflows, prompts, retrieval, tools, and guardrails.
