The successful candidate must be admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, with Delaware Bar admission a plus, and bring substantive litigation experience with strong research and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Strong research and writing skills are required.
• Admission to Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars is required; Delaware Bar is a plus.
• Prior toxic tort litigation experience preferred; substantive litigation experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of toxic tort and asbestos litigation including case management, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials.
• Coordinate with national coordinating, regional, and local counsel as needed.
• Support the firm’s toxic tort and asbestos practices across relevant matters.
