Job summary

The St. Louis, MO office of Lewis Brisbois is actively seeking an attorney to join its Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and 1–7 years of experience in all phases of toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Missouri State Bar is required.

Qualifications

• 1–7 years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation.
• Experience in case management, motion practice, and discovery.
• Handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in toxic tort and environmental matters across state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials.
• Handle Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal MDL matters.
• Develop and implement litigation strategy with strong research and writing.
