Job summary

General Motors Africa & Middle East is seeking a Thermal Calibration Engineer to own high-quality thermal calibrations for BEV programs. The role blends hands-on testing with data analysis and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Milford, MI setting, reporting to the team three days per week as needed.

You will develop and optimize calibrations for performance and timing, create analytical tools and scripts, and coordinate with calibration leads, software, and program teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• 2+ years in SW/Controls development/calibration.
• Experience with in-vehicle testing and data analysis.
• Ability to script tools for calibration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize calibrations to meet performance goals.
• Coordinate calibration activities with team leads.
• Create analytical tools and scripts for calibration verification.
• Support virtual calibration and test activities.
