Job summary

Stantec in Plano, Texas, is seeking a Texas Structural Lead to oversee bridge design and inspection projects across the state, providing leadership in project delivery, team development, resource management, and financial performance.

You will grow the Texas structural team, strengthen client relationships, manage budgets and schedules, and position Stantec to win new opportunities while delivering safe, on-time, high-quality transportation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• TX PE license required, 15 years of structural design experience.
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
• TxDOT Precertification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of structural engineers.
• Oversee bridge design and inspection projects across Texas.
• Develop and pursue business development opportunities.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with TxDOT standards.
