Stantec in Texas is seeking a Texas Structural Lead to oversee bridge design and inspection projects across the state. You will provide leadership in project delivery, team development, resource management, and financial performance while growing the Texas structural team.

You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, mentoring staff and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years structural design experience.
• TX PE license required; TxDOT precertification.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers.
• Develop and pursue business opportunities and client accounts.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources across projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of transportation projects.
• Coordinate with other teams for work sharing and proposals.
