Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking a paralegal with 2+ years of Texas Family Law experience to join a team-focused, client-centered practice. You will manage.full lifecycle matters in family law and estate planning, draft pleadings and discovery, and lead the discovery process with attention to detail.

You will collaborate with attorneys, ensure trial readiness, and maintain precise calendaring and filings while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Competenze

• 2+ years of dedicated Texas Family Law experience as a paralegal.
• Proficiency in E-Filing across various state court portals and knowledge of local rules.
• Fluent in Clio/MyCase, Google Suite, and modern document management systems.
• Ethical; able to distinguish legal information from advice under pressure in litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

• Case Ownership: manage full lifecycle of family law and Estate Planning/Guardianship matters from inception to resolution.
• Strategic Drafting: craft pleadings, motions, and complex discovery responses with high technical accuracy.
