Qualifications
- 2+ years of dedicated Texas Family Law experience as a paralegal.
- Proficiency in E-Filing and local rules.
- Experience with Clio/MyCase and document management systems.
Responsibilities
- Case Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of family law and EPG matters from inception through resolution.
- Strategic Drafting: Craft pleadings, motions, and complex discovery with technical accuracy.
- Discovery & Inventory: Lead discovery and inventory, tracing separate property funds and identifying red flags in financials.
- Trial Readiness: Curate trial exhibits, organize trial notebooks, and manage RFOs.
- Administrative Precision: Oversee court filings, calendaring, and billable hours.
