Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 6–10 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, site reliability engineering, data-center environments, or related technical field.
• Experience designing or leading multi-rack, multi-network engineering or product-validation environments.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategy, architecture, reliability, and long-term roadmap for SSR test environments in Westford, Andover, and Quincy environments.
• Designs and evolves lab layouts, networks, compute, storage, and supporting services.
• Leads troubleshooting across hardware, Linux, networking, virtualization, automation, and test infrastructure.
• Drives automation for onboarding, provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of equipment.
• Maintains systems of record for equipment inventory, ownership, and lifecycle status.
• Plans lab capacity and coordinates equipment purchasing, installation, and retirement.
