Job summary

Hueman is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for one of our clients. The role includes sourcing, screening, and onboarding, with hybrid work in Albuquerque, NM.

You will interact with hiring managers and marketing to shape recruitment strategies while ensuring SLAs are met. Responsibilities include daily recruitment operations, resume reviews, candidate screening, and coordinating offers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional recruiting experience required.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day recruitment operations.
• Review resumes and assess relevant skills and qualifications.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
• Regularly obtain feedback from hiring managers and assist with offers.
• Use ATS to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Source quality passive candidates via networking sites and databases.
• Schedule intake meetings and coordinate with hiring managers on requirements.
• Develop recruitment strategies with the marketing team and monitor results.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and leaders in the partnership.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and partners.
• Participate in team meetings and process improvements.
• Report weekly on partnership metrics and milestones.
• Occasional travel to client sites and events.
