Hueman is seeking a Temporary Healthcare Recruiter in Albuquerque, NM for a hybrid arrangement. You will partner with healthcare clients, manage end-to-end recruiting, and build strong relationships with hiring managers while delivering timely hires.

Responsibilities include reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, sourcing via job boards and social networks, and guiding offers. Candidates should have at least 1 year healthcare recruiting experience and exceptional

• At least 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to source passive candidates and cold outreach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and teams.

Responsabilités

• Review resumes and assess relevant skills and qualifications.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, networking sites, search engines, social media, and emails.
• Use the designated ATS to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers through intake meetings, regular touchpoints, and recruitment strategy conversations.
• Gather feedback from hiring managers and assist with the offer process.
• Work with marketing to support recruitment marketing strategies and monitor activity/results.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and partnership leaders.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates, managers, and client contacts.
• Collaborate with Hueman leadership to align recruiting goals with client needs.
• Participate in team meetings and account-level process improvements.
• Complete weekly reporting for partnership contacts.
