You will interact with Federal employees and customers via email and phone to assist with account updates and program information, and you may perform outbound calls to ensure an excellent customer experience.

The position includes a paid training week, equipment provided, and a pre-employment background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of customer service preferred.
• Experience with web-based customer service systems is required; familiarity with work distribution systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Professionalism and tact in handling diverse customer interactions.
