Job summary

Leidos is seeking a TechSIGINT Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support evaluation and refinement of advanced TechSIGINT applications within the Intel Sectors, Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The role involves collaborating with the analyst community to validate functionality and translate needs into system requirements for mission success.

Hybrid flexibility is available, with remote work up to two days per week, and a focus on ensuring analytic products meet critical national security needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of TechSIGINT or related SIGINT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science (preferred; may count as 4 years of experience).
• Experience on at least one legacy TechSIGINT application from the provided list (ASPEN/FATE, XMidas, Willow, MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKET, TEBAG, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP).
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Test newly developed applications to ensure alignment with mission objectives and operational effectiveness.
• Translate analyst needs into actionable system requirements with the development team.
• Demonstrate application functionality to analysts, collect feedback, and drive iterative improvements.
• Advocate for system enhancements to improve performance and usability in real-world scenarios.
