Rezult Group seeks an experienced Technology Project Manager for an immediate contract opportunity in Birmingham, AL. This hybrid role requires 5+ years of lead project experience in technology initiatives within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading technology initiatives in cross-functional environments.
• Experience managing projects involving industrial technology, operational systems, automation, infrastructure, or related technical environments.
• Strong project scheduling, resource planning, dependency management, and coordination skills across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with structured project management methodologies, including scope management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change control.
• Familiarity with project management and portfolio tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Primavera, Jira or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Project management certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple technology projects from planning through implementation and completion, ensuring milestones and deliverables remain on track.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, resource allocations, and timelines while managing dependencies and competing priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and operational personnel to drive project execution.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and resource constraints while maintaining alignment with established project objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, schedules, and portfolio updates in accordance with established project management practices.
• Support technology modernization and systems-related initiatives, coordinating implementation activities and transitions to ongoing operations.
