Zusammenfassung

MRM, part of Omnicom Precision Marketing, seeks a Project Manager in Birmingham, MI hybrid role. You will lead cross-functional teams across creative, technology, QA, UX, production and analytics to deliver multiple launches on tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in PM, with strong communication, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills, across web and digital initiatives. In-office 3 days a week, with potential for more as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of project management experience in operations, digital tech or web development firms, IT consulting or strategy consulting.
• Experience in an agency environment or equivalent client-side experience.
• Solid knowledge of web technologies including UX, web development, services, integration, hosting, CMS.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project planning tools (MS Project or Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with Egnyte, JIRA, Outlook and CMS.

Aufgaben

• Manage projects with cross-functional teams including Creative, Technology, QA, UX/IA, Production, and Analytics.
• Lead multiple medium-size launches/programs in a deadline-driven environment.
• Conduct effective meetings with clients, senior personnel, and team members with clear deliverables.
• Develop and manage project scope documents, schedules, resource requirements, and staffing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and vendors.
• Coach and mentor Associate Project Managers.
• Maintain strong verbal and written communication to strengthen client-agency-team relations.
