Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide direct phone and email support for end users, field personnel, and internal teams. The role involves troubleshooting instrument operation, maintenance guidance, and documenting cases in the CRM with precise records.

You will collaborate with Field Service, Commercial, and in-house teams, participate in after-hours support, and help train new technical staff.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or Electronics.
• Entry level position; 0-2+ years in customer/technical support preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with CRM systems and documentation in case records.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical phone and email support to end users and field personnel.
• Document and manage customer cases in the CRM with detailed issue records.
• Coordinate with Field Service and Commercial teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Generate service quotes and guidance on maintenance or repairs.
• Participate in after-hours support on a rotating basis.
