Job summary

Safe-Guard Products International is seeking an Information Security Analyst for a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. You will triage security requests, respond to incidents, administer access control and surveillance systems, and protect endpoints, networks, data, and infrastructure.

You will partner with infra, app, and support teams to ensure security requirements are understood and implemented. The role emphasizes reducing incidents, improving detection, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on information security, IT operations with security responsibilities, or SOC experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a queue of security requests, access reviews, escalations, and remediation tasks with defined SLAs.
• Maintain auditable records of actions, decisions, and evidence.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend automation or process improvements.
• Serve as first-level responder for security alerts; triage, contain, and hand off to senior staff.
• Investigate using endpoint, network, identity, and log telemetry to determine scope and impact.
• Contribute to post-incident documentation, root cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
• Participate in on-call or after-hours escalation rotation as required.
• Operate core security tooling: EDR/XDR, SSE/SWG/ZTNA, data governance, and vulnerability management.
