Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in network, security, or SaaS technical support
• Strong skills in Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows, Linux, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Demonstrated success in a technical support role, ideally within the cybersecurity sector
• Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Solid understanding of network security concepts, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Dedication to innovation, integrity, and high performance
