Job summary

Safety Consultants USA, Inc is seeking a full-time Technical Safety Advisor to join our Safety Services Team. This hybrid role requires at least 50% travel to client sites for safety audits, training, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

The role focuses on developing written deliverables, guidance on OSHA standards, and risk mitigation strategies across general industry and construction, working with SMEs and clients to solve complex compliance challenges.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in construction or related industries.
• 3–5 years of occupational safety with a focus on writing, document development, and program creation.
• Certified OSHA 500 Train the Trainer is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sites to ensure compliance and promote prevention.
• Provide risk assessments and remedial actions for hazards.
• Conduct safety incident investigations and prepare reports.
• Deliver safety training sessions.
• Draft and maintain client safety manuals and site-specific safety plans.
• Develop SOPs and safety process documents.
• Produce professionally formatted deliverables for clients.
• Research and coordinate with SMEs and clients for content accuracy.
• Translate regulatory language into clear, audience-appropriate content.
