Qualifications

• 5+ years of catalysis, aluminas, or nuclear remediation experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and guiding customers to value.
• Strong safety, sustainability, and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical business development projects across Versal alumina, custom catalyst, and nuclear remediation segments.
• Develop opportunities for custom catalyst tolling and explore new applications for Versal aluminas.
• Partner with sales to craft quantified value propositions for customer projects.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop tools for quantifying value.
• Work with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, marketing, and operations.
• Serve as technical lead to close major customer projects and support product adoption.
