Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Program Specialist to act as the primary contact for complex programs while reporting to the Program Manager. The role offers a Hybrid work schedule and locations at Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA.

You will drive program planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational goals, with responsibilities spanning lifecycle oversight, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in project management.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM or comparable certification required or preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project/program management or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle aligning with goals, budget and timelines.
• Develop and manage plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables and resources.
• Own budgets, forecast revenue, track costs and identify cost saving opportunities.
• Manage risk, contract and change processes; resolve issues and monitor performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders across functions.
• Travel 25–30% to meet with clients and project teams as needed.
