Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex technical programs using Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with software development lifecycle, product integration, and software implementation practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex cross-functional technical programs across multiple teams from planning through release.
• Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies and risks.
• Drive Agile execution across engineering teams and align priorities with release timelines.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules, priorities, and resources as needed.
• Communicate status, risks and decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Establish and monitor Agile delivery metrics to forecast timelines and identify bottlenecks.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced team members.
