Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to define and lead product integrations across software development lifecycles. This role emphasizes collaboration with product, platform, and engineering teams to drive planning, execution, and delivery for multiple technical programs.

The ideal candidate will combine program management with technical depth, translate business requirements into execution plans, navigate risks, and report clearly to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Typically 6+ years of relevant experience in technical program or project management.
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex technical programs using Agile and Scrum.
• Strong proficiency in software development, lifecycle processes, product integration, and software implementation practices.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Experience with High-Performance Computing environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross‑functional technical programs across product, platform, and engineering teams from planning through release.
• Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Drive Agile execution across multiple engineering teams with alignment on priorities and timelines.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules and resources, and communicate status to executives.
• Establish Agile delivery metrics and identify bottlenecks to improve delivery speed.
• Mentor team members and drive process improvements across the program.
