Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, public health, business, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including technical project or program management.
• At least five years of direct experience supporting HHS with knowledge of CMS/NIH/CDC.
• Demonstrated experience delivering federal technology projects within the HHS environment.
• Strong understanding of HHS missions, stakeholders, and acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex IT modernization, software development, cloud, data, cybersecurity, or digital services for HHS divisions.
• Serve as trusted contact for government program managers, contracting officials, technical leaders, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, staffing, finances, risks, dependencies, quality, and contractual deliverables.
• Translate agency requirements into actionable technical strategies and delivery plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including software, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and business analysts.
