Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Technical Program Manager to guide a large-scale data platform migration within the Data & Analytics organization and across the business. You will own the coordination layer end-to-end, driving scoping, planning, and execution while providing transparent updates to leadership and stakeholders.

You’ll partner with data engineering, governance, and analytics teams to sequence work, manage risks, and ensure alignment with modernization goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience across complex technical initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multi-team data platform migrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with executive storytelling.
• Experience with agile methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program roadmap and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and escalate issues.
• Synthesize status, risks, and decisions for executive audiences.
• Maintain centralized repository of program information and decisions.
• Influence cross-functional teams to meet timelines without direct authority.
