Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in TPM or related role.
• Alternative Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience.
• 6 years of experience creating project plans, roadmaps, governance, KPI plans, and defect analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement executive and partner communications across the program portfolio.
• Lead governance to drive decisions and mitigate cross-team dependencies.
• Establish cadence for program reviews, prioritization, and resource stewardship.
• Define and manage a high-impact program portfolio translating ambiguous goals into measurable objectives.
• Identify change-management opportunities to increase program velocity and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
