Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional cloud expansion programs. You will manage requirements with internal customers, guide projects through their lifecycle, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs to executives and engineers.

You will influence senior leadership, drive strategic program directions, and deliver value as measured by OKRs, ecosystem health, and organizational performance. Strong IA/AI fluency and data-driven process design are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience leading programs for non-linear cloud expansion while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Experience in hyperscale infrastructure deployment across AI and cloud platforms and services.
• Knowledge of practical AI fluency to leverage models and tools for building automated agents and workflow skills.
• Excellent business acumen and formal process design skills, using data modeling and analytics to drive and measure improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve scale and speed of cloud expansion by 15%, advocate and procure investment decisions, and drive such programs with large cross-functional effort.
• Utilize an accurate/up to date view of the status, risk, and outlook of the program portfolio and institute systematic ways to manage risks and drive program success.
• Partner closely and influence product and engineering senior leadership to meet business objectives.
• Orchestrate across a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
• Resolve escalations and elevate further as required.
