Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in project management, consulting, Agile development, or IT.
• Experience in dynamic environments with changing priorities and guiding teams.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate market needs into features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Owners to capture customer needs.
• Prioritize backlogs and manage sprint planning and delivery.
