Threekit in Chicago is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead client-specific solutions and proposals during pre-sales, then own the client engagement through implementation and value realization. You will blend project management with hands-on solution building, including design and prototyping, to translate ideas into reliable, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a client-facing Implementation Consultant role with 3+ years managing complex software/SaaS projects.
• Ability to prototype in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript or with AI‑augmented IDEs.
• Excellent client-facing communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute projects, delivering outcomes and managing client expectations.
• Create and monitor project plans, timelines, and changes to ensure success.
• Oversee delivery with contributors, manage scope, costs, and change requests.
• Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
• Identify expansion opportunities and convert to pipeline deals.
• Pre‑Sales & Solution Support—qualify opportunities, lead discovery, draft SOWs.
