Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a hands-on Technology Resilience Specialist to support enterprise-wide resilience design and validation for hybrid cloud and on‑premises environments in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with infrastructure, cloud, app, and security teams to evaluate designs, coordinate recovery exercises, and strengthen recovery postures under regulatory expectations.

The role emphasizes DR, cyber recovery, backup/restoration testing, and cloud resilience governance across AWS and Azure,

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in Technology Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Operations, or SRE.
• Deep knowledge of RTO/RPO, backup/recovery, failover/failback, business continuity, and cyber recovery frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise data center tech (VMware, Windows Server, Linux, storage, networking).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams.
• Ability to work hybrid onsite 2–3 days per week at Charlotte, NC office.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Readiness: support the Technology Resilience Program across hybrid environments.
• Recovery Architecture & Strategy: define backup strategies and recovery mechanisms for AWS, Azure, and data centers.
• Resilience & DR Testing: coordinate end‑to‑end recovery testing and track remediation.
