Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking a Recruiter for a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC or Detroit, MI. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to design strategic recruiting plans, source, screen, and select candidates for advanced and leadership roles.

You will leverage sourcing tools, maintain ATS data integrity, and lead process improvements while aligning with Ally’s Total Rewards and diversity goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (vendor or corporate).
• Experience in technical recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
• PHR recommended.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle including requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, and reporting.
• Build candidate pipelines and networks using social media, databases, and diversity organizations.
• Ensure data integrity in the applicant tracking system and generate regular reports.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects and process improvements.
