Job summary

Amerit Consulting is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a hybrid Indianapolis IN role. The position requires PMP and strong communication skills to lead IT infrastructure and application projects, typically $1M+ in scope, on a W2 contract.

Responsibilities include charter development, stakeholder alignment, deployment planning, and governance coordination. Expect occasional weekends/evenings and close collaboration with business partners and scrum teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold PMP certification and have Agile/SAFe experience.
• Infrastructure project experience preferred and client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple technical projects with budgets around $1M+.
• Develop project charters, scopes, schedules, and deployment plans.
• Coordinate with sponsors, scope changes, and governance boards.
• Track deliverables, production issues, and Jira tickets.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting.
